The Smiley Face Killers, an investigation, from bestselling author Steph Young

For the past 20 years, hundreds of college-aged men have disappeared, silently, soundlessly, vanishing without trace, only to be found some time later, dead in the water, but with no water in their lungs. They did not drown.

Many are still missing...

Who are The Smiley Face Killers? Who is abducting, torturing & murdering college-aged men in the US, UK and Canada?

These men are abducted, held for a period of time, murdered, then disposed of in bodies of water. The original investigators found graffiti near the scenes, frequently with the Smiley Face symbol... In almost every case, the authorities have ruled the deaths 'accidental'... but something far darker is at work here....and it isn't stopping.

A long history and a growing number of chilling unsolved disappearances and murders of young men in cities, who vanish for several days, or several weeks, and are later found in water. The Smiley Face Killers: Who is Abducting, Torturing and Murdering College-Aged Men in the US, Canada and the UK?

The Secrets of the Smiley Face Serial Killers....

For B00K. Investigating The Smiley Face Killers.

Who’s abducting, torturing, and murdering college-aged men in the US, UK, and Canada....?

22-year-old Josh Snell vanished in June, 2005, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. His brother later told reporters he’d been in town to attend a wedding and that afterward, his brother had gone with friends to some bars in town. Four days later his brother’s body was pulled from the Chippewa River. His brother said he does not believe his brother ‘just wandered into the water.’

He went missing on the same day as Todd Geib, (who was found in the pond in Michigan, his body bobbing upright, dead.) Josh’s last contact seems to have been when he called a friend late that night with a disturbing message. In the phone call, his brother says; “he said he was scared, that he was hiding in some brush, that he was running from someone. He said he didn’t know who it was, or how he was going to get away. He said he didn’t do anything, but he was terrified and he was scared for his life.”

Another source close to him quotes, “He called a friend to say that he thought unknown people were following him and that he might be in trouble with the police.” The Local police said they had no contact with Snell however.

Tommy Booth was found in the river on February 3rd, 2008, in Woodlyn, Pennsylvania. Video surveillance shows him and his friends entering the doors of ‘Bootleggers’ nightclub fifteen nights earlier. No-one ever saw him leave, just like the case of promising Med. Student Brian Shaffer, who disappeared in an upstairs bar in the South Campus Gateway, in Ohio in 2006, or Joey laBute, who disappeared in the same town and was found with no water in his lungs in a river. No-one saw them leave either; and no scent could be tracked. Brian Shaffer is still missing. Tommy Booth’s fate however was determined when he was found in a thawed river, two weeks after he disappeared. His body had been positioned in the river into a certain spot in the water by the use of two small sticks. His body however bore no signs of trauma. Crucially, according to the retired detectives and profiler working on his case, independently of the official investigation, they discovered that the young man’s cell phone had been purposely ‘blocked’ so that it couldn’t receive a signal, after he went missing.

Are these young men being hunted via their cell phones? Chosen somehow and tracked via the signals given out from their cell phones? Are their cell phones then being jammed somehow, like Tommy Booth’s was in Pennsylvania? What do the police have to do with these cases? Or, are there men pretending to be cops in some of these cases? What are these men seeing in the last moments before they end their calls, or their calls are ended for them?
